Thank you for choosing Ramuthu Apparel. We work closely with leading on-demand manufacturing partners to build and deliver your custom pieces right to your door.
Section 1 – Production vs. Transit Times
Because every order is custom-made, your total delivery wait timeline consists of two distinct stages:
- Production / Fulfillment: This is the timeframe required to print your custom artwork, inspect quality, and package your product. This stage typically takes 2 to 5 business days.
- Shipping Transit: This is the timeframe it takes the postal carrier to move your package from our printing facility to your address. This stage typically takes 3 to 7 business days for domestic United States delivery addresses.
Total expected delivery timelines inside the United States generally range between 5 to 12 business days following successful order validation.
Section 2 – Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items selected, total item count, and the specific delivery address. Free shipping thresholds may be offered periodically during promotional windows.
Section 3 – Tracking Information
As soon as your package is labeled and leaves our printing facility infrastructure, an automated email containing your tracking numbers (USPS, FedEx, or DHL) will be sent to the address provided during checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking portals to update live logistics milestones.
Section 4 – Lost or Stolen Packages
Ramuthu Apparel LLC is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier but not received. If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, please verify your entry address parameters, check with neighbors, or contact your local postal facility to open a missing package inquiry.
