Welcome to Ramuthu Apparel. This website (ramuthuapparel.com) is owned and operated by Ramuthu Apparel LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ramuthu Apparel LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

Section 1 – Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. 

Section 2 – User-Submitted Content & Customization

Our Service allows you to upload text, designs, images, and photographs (“User Content”) to customize apparel items. 

  • You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. 
  • By uploading User Content, you grant Ramuthu Apparel LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and transmit your design solely for the purpose of printing and fulfilling your specific order. 
  • You strictly represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and authorize us to print the User Content. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse to process or print any order containing User Content that we deem offensive, defamatory, infringing on trademarks or copyrights, or otherwise unlawful. 

Section 3 – Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. 

Section 4 – Products and Accuracy of Billing

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. Because our products are custom-rendered based on user interaction, slight variations in placement and exact color hue may occur during the printing process. 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. 

Section 5 – Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
