2. Counter-Notice Policy
If a design template you uploaded is removed under a DMCA claim and you believe this was an error or that you possess the necessary licensing rights, you may submit a formal counter-notification to us. Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the file under the guidelines defined by the DMCA.
